    摘要: A pipe connector includes a connecting structure configured to secure a first section of hose, pipe, or tube to an adjacent second section of hose, pipe, or tube positioned adjacent to the first section at a joint between the first section and the second section. The connecting structure includes at least one segment of a thermally adaptive material. The at least segment is configured to undergo a shape change as a result of thermal cycling such the shape change causes the connecting structure to form a leak-free seal between the first section and the second section at the joint.

    摘要: A valve and coupling for joining pipe elements has a valve body captured in a central space defined by a plurality of coupling segments attached to one another end to end. The inner surface of the valve body defines a bore. A liner on the inner surface surrounds the bore and forms a seal with a valve closing member. Circumferentially arranged projections on the segments engage and center the valve body within the central space. The liner has lobes that extend axially in opposite directions. The lobes are compressed between the segments and the pipe elements to form a fluid tight seal when connection members are tightened to draw the segments toward the central space and into engagement with the pipe elements.

The male clamp hub has an annular protrusion extending outwardly of the raised face. The annular protrusion bears against a side of the elastomeric seal. The raised face of the male clamp hub is received in an interior of the female clamp hub.

    摘要: A three-way clamp includes a first clamp shell and a second clamp shell capable of being connected to or detached from each other. Each of the first clamp shell and the second clamp shell includes three engaging portions. The engaging portion includes an accommodating cavity. The two clamp shells are respectively provided with an engaging claw and an engaging groove. A connector prefabricated component including the clamp includes a connecting pipe fixed in the clamp body, wherein the accommodating cavity is provided with a sealing component for sleeving pipe opening. During construction, a straight pipe to be connected is inserted into the sealing component. Then the clamp body is tightened, and the sealing component tightly presses on a pipe body of the straight pipe to achieve sealing.

    摘要: A clamping device suitable for securing a pair of flanges together is a unitary strip of a polymeric material that defines a multiplicity of clamping segments linked by flexible strip portions. The ends of the unitary strip define latching elements shaped to interconnect when the ends are brought together. Along one face of the unitary strip the clamping segments define teeth that project at opposite sides of the unitary strip, and these teeth define faces that are adapted in use to contact outer faces of the pair of flanges. Each clamping segments may define two opposing teeth. The clamping device can be operated with a single hand, being bent around the outside of the pair of flanges so that the clamping segments engage opposite faces of the pair of flanges and hold them together, and the latching elements are interconnected.
