    Abstract: A rig site may include a rotary table within a rig floor above a wellbore. A fabric sheet rolled into two symmetrical rolls is disposed on the rig floor. A pre-cut center hole of the fabric sheet is coaxial with the rotary table. A casing string, to be lowered in the wellbore, includes a first casing joint at a bottom of the casing string is a modified float joint. The pre-cut center hole of the fabric sheet is attached to a sleeve of the modified float joint. Union units are provided above the rotary table. The union units close the fabric sheet around the casing string to form a fabric-nested casing string within the wellbore. A cement slurry is pumped down the casing string and into a space between the fabric sheet and the casing string to cement the fabric-nested casing string to the wellbore.

    Abstract: A drilling system for forming a wellbore includes a drill string, a drill bit, and a circulation sub in the drill string. Manipulating the circulation sub forms a passage through a sidewall of the drill string; which diverts some of the drilling fluid flowing inside the drill string into the wellbore. Diverting some of the drilling fluid through the passage reduces the amount of drilling fluid flowing in the wellbore between the drill bit and circulation sub, and which optimizes equivalent circulating density of the drilling fluid. Included in an embodiment of the circulation sub is a cylinder that is indexed into set positions by engagement with a J-slot profile in a housing of the circulation sub. A sleeve in the sub is responsive to cylinder positions, and has a port that registers with a slot in the sub walls to form the passage.

    Abstract: A system for cleaning a wellbore can include a bottom hole assembly that is designed to be run downhole into a wellbore after the wellbore has been drilled and before the wellbore has been cleaned. A control sub-assembly is mounted on and carried by the bottom hole assembly. The control sub-assembly is designed to be positioned within the wellbore. Multiple cleaning sub-assemblies are interchangeably mounted on and carried by the bottom hole assembly. Each cleaning sub-assembly is designed to be positioned within the wellbore. The multiple cleaning sub-assemblies include at least two of the following sub-assemblies: a scraping sub-assembly that scrapes an interior of the wellbore, a brushing sub-assembly that brushes the interior of the wellbore, or a magnetic sub-assembly that magnetically captures debris within the wellbore.
