A system and method for treating a subterranean formation. The method may include utilizing a diluted stream and a high-loading stream which are combined to form a diverting composition. The diverting composition may then be injected into a wellbore. The system may include devices to prepare the diluted stream and high-loading stream, combine the streams, and introduce the combined stream into the wellbore.

Oilfield treatment compositions contain water, hydrochloric acid at a concentration between 15 wt % and 45.7 wt % and a first and second fixing agent. The first fixing agent comprises urea, a urea derivative or both. The second fixing agent may be a mixture or amines and alcohols. These compositions provide corrosion inhibition when exposed to steel. The compositions may also contain an inhibitor aid.

A method for treating a subterranean formation utilizing a slurry having a plurality of shrinkable material. The method of treatment may include a diversion treatment during a fracturing operation. The shrinkable material may be adapted to shrink in response to a temperature change. The slurry may be used to perform a plugging of a perforation or fracture in the formation.

A method of stimulating the inflow of oil and/or gas from the wellbore, in particular, a hydraulic fracturing method, is disclosed. The method of hydraulic fracturing comprises the stages: injecting a slug of a proppant-free fluid through the well into a formation for hydraulic fracture creation and propagation; injecting a slug of proppant-laden slurry into the formation to create a proppant pack in the hydraulic fracture; injecting a slug of slurry that contains a fluid and the polyelectrolyte complex-based proppant aggregates to create permeable channels in the near-wellbore area of the hydraulic fracture; injecting a slug of a displacement fluid into the well. This sequence of operations allows avoiding the proppant slurry overdisplacement deep into the hydraulic fracture, maintaining high fracture conductivity, and increasing the well productivity.

The disclosure claimed herein relates to well systems for various fluids production, in particular, for production of fluids from hydrocarbon-containing formations using hydraulic fracturing process. According to the proposed method, injecting into well of fracturing fluid not containing proppant is performed to form a fracture in the formation, after which fracturing fluid is injected into the wellbore in pulse mode; the pulse mode provides at least one pulse of injecting fracturing fluid containing proppant, and at least one pulse of proppant-free fluid. Also, methods for fluid production and injection are proposed. Methods for fluids production, injection and recovery using hydraulic fracturing method are proposed. The proposed method increase the well lifetime due to reduced fluid flow impact on fracture walls and proppant clusters.

Abstract:
A technique facilitates a fracturing operation by maintaining the heterogeneity of proppant fluid as it is injected into reservoir fractures. The technique comprises using a blender to deliver proppant material in a pulsating manner to create pulses of proppant. The pulses of proppant are mixed with a fluid to create a proppant slurry having the pulses of proppant material separated by a second fluid. The proppant slurry is then split between a plurality of pumps which are operated to pump the slurry to a well. To maintain heterogeneity, the pump rates of the pumps are individually adjusted to control dispersion of the pulses of proppant downstream of the pumps and to substantially maintain the separated pulses of proppant material in the slurry. A wide variety of other system adjustments also may be made for enhancing the ability of the overall fracturing system to maintain separated pulses of concentrated proppant material.
