Abstract:
A steamer accessory for steam-heating and/or steam-cooking food contained in a container carrying the steamer accessory, includes a steam generator including a steam production chamber connected to at least one steam distribution outlet provided in a lower part of the steam generator, the steamer accessory including a bearing surface intended to rest on the container. The bearing surface has an indentation providing a vent capable of bringing the inside of the container into communication with the outside of the container when the container is carrying the steamer accessory.
Abstract:
Provided is an electric apparatus for cooking and/or reheating food, including: a housing having a cooking tray arranged such as to receive the food to be cooked and/or reheated, a circuit for heating by ventilation, including a ventilation sleeve having an outlet arranged such as to direct an air flow onto the food to be cooked and/or reheated, and the heating means arranged in the ventilation sleeve such as to heat the air flow by radiation and by convection, wherein at least a portion of the heating means is arranged relative to the outlet of the ventilation sleeve, whereby the heat radiation produced by said portion of the heating means directly heats the food to be cooked and/or reheated.
Abstract:
A cooking method and a cooking appliance allow the same cooking time to be used to cook different types of ingredients, without any action being required by the user.
Abstract:
A steamer accessory for steam-heating and/or -cooking food contained in a container, the steamer accessory including a steam generator including a steam production chamber connected to at least one steam distribution outlet provided in a lower part of the steam generator, the steamer accessory including a ring carrying the steam generator, the ring having a lower surface and an upper surface. The ring provides, if so required, with the steam generator, at least one vent bringing the lower surface into communication with the upper surface.
Abstract:
Provided is a method of cooking for a food-cooking appliance having a reception means designed to receive the food products, a motion-inducing means positioned inside the reception means, and at least one main heating means. The method includes: a first cooking step during which the relative rotation of the reception means and of the motion-inducing means is neutralized and at least one main heating means is operated in order to regulate the temperature to a first set-point value; and a second cooking step during which the relative rotation of the reception means and of the motion-inducing means is active and at least one main heating means is operated in order to regulate the temperature to a second set-point value higher than the first.

Abstract:
A cooking appliance includes a ventilation system arranged to create an airflow in a cooking space of the appliance; a cooking basket, arranged to receive food products to be cooked in the cooking space and allowing the airflow to pass through a bed of food products to be cooked; a heating system arranged to heat the airflow, wherein the ventilation system includes a cross-flow fan, and wherein, in the airflow, the heating system is arranged downstream of the ventilation system, the cooking basket is arranged downstream of the heating system.
Abstract:
A cooking appliance includes a housing including a first compartment forming a cooking space, equipped with a holding device provided to receive ingredients, a stirring device arranged inside the holding device, the holding device and the stirring device being designed to be animated by a relative rotation with respect to each other, the housing further including a main heating device, including, in a second compartment, a ventilation system to generate a heating flow, wherein the ventilation system includes a cross-flow fan, and the main heating device includes at least one heating element arranged inside the first compartment.
Abstract:
A steamer accessory includes a water reservoir communicating with the outside via a filling orifice, and a steam generator including a steam production chamber connected to at least one steam distribution outlet provided in a lower part of the steam generator, the water reservoir communicating with the steam production chamber via a water supply inlet. The steam production chamber communicates with at least one steam evacuation outlet disposed higher up than the water supply inlet, the steam production chamber being confined above the steam evacuation outlet(s), the or each steam evacuation outlet communicating via a duct with the or one of the steam distribution outlet(s).
