摘要: A waste paper recycling apparatus includes a liquid ejection device which receives a first liquid and a second liquid different from the first liquid; a receiving portion receiving a selection operation which selects one of the first liquid and the second liquid which is adhered to a predetermined region of a sheet containing fibers formed from waste paper; and a control portion which controls the liquid ejection device to adhere the liquid selected by the selection operation to the predetermined region. In the waste paper recycling apparatus, the first liquid contains a binder which binds fibers together, and the second liquid contains a pigment and a binder which binds fibers together.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a molded body, includes a deposition step of depositing a mixture containing fibers and a starch in air; a moisturizing step of applying water to the mixture; and a molding step of forming a molded body by heating and pressurizing the mixture to which the water is applied. In the method described above, the starch has a value of 100 or less, the value being represented by the following expression (I) and being obtained by measurement performed in accordance with the following measurement methods (1) to (4) using a rapid visco analyzer (RVA).

    1,000−7×T−9×η  (I)

In the expression (I), T represents a gelatinization peak temperature (° C.) of the starch, and h represents a setback viscosity (mPa·s) thereof, and the measurement is performed such that (1) after a water suspension containing the starch at 25 percent by mass is charged in the RVA as a measurement sample, the temperature thereof is increased to 50° C. and then maintained for one minute; (2) the temperature of the measurement sample is increased from 50° C. to 93° C. over 4 minutes and then maintained at 93° C. for 7 minutes; (3) the temperature of the measurement sample is decreased from 93° C. to 50° C. over 4 minutes and then maintained at 50° C. for 3 minutes; and (4) in the above (2) and (3), a rotational speed of a measurement paddle of the RVA is set to 960 rpm for 10 seconds after the start of the viscosity measurement and is then set to 160 rpm 10 seconds thereafter.

摘要: A fibrous body manufacturing method includes: a first supplying step of supplying a first raw material containing a first fiber group; a second supplying step of supplying a second raw material containing a second fiber group and a binder, the second fiber group having a length-average fiber length not less than a length-average fiber length of the first fiber group, the binder being configured to bond fibers together; a forming step of forming a first deposited material by depositing a first mixed material containing the first raw material and the second raw material; and a bonding step of bonding first fibers of the first fiber group and second fibers of the second fiber group that are contained in the first deposited material together using the binder to form a first fibrous body.
