Abstract: A prefabricated prestressed thermal-insulated exterior wall board and a light weight composite thermal-insulated exterior wall board include a thermal-insulated core board, a reinforcement mesh on both sides of the thermal-insulated core board, and a concrete layer cast on the reinforcement mesh, and the thermal-insulated core board includes a plurality of throughout-length thermal-insulated core board ribs, and the concrete layer includes a plurality of concrete ribs interlaced with and matching the thermal-insulated core board ribs, a shear-resistant connection members connected with the reinforcement mesh is inserted between the adjacent thermal-insulated core board ribs, and prestressed tendons are disposed in grooves formed between the adjacent thermal-insulated core board ribs and grooves formed between the adjacent concrete ribs in the prefabricated prestressed thermal-insulated exterior wall board.

Abstract: The provided is flux-weakening control method and system for the salient pole offset permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method includes determining the given value of electromagnetic torque according to the actual speed and the given target speed; calculating the current trajectories of MTPA and MTPV in dq coordinate system; obtaining the d′q′ coordinate system by rotating the coordinate system, and calculating the current trajectory of MTPA and MTPV in the d′q′ coordinate system to obtain the characteristic current; judging whether it is necessary to turn on the flux-weakening control, and outputting the direct axis current compensation when it turns on; judging the flux-weakening area of the motor; and generating the space vector pulse width modulation signal to drive the motor to realize the full speed range flux-weakening speed regulation of the salient pole offset permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of preparing a flexible deformable photonic crystal material for structural health monitoring, comprising the following steps: washing a grating master template; preparing and assembling a mold; obtaining an assembled mold by printing a three-dimensional mold comprising an upper die and a lower die by use of a 3D printing device and installing the grating master template on the three-dimensional mold; obtaining a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) one-dimensional photonic crystal film by replicating a one-dimensional grating structure of a surface of the grating master template by pouring PDMS into the assembled mold; finally, obtaining the PDMS one-dimensional photonic crystal film with a one-dimensional photonic crystal structure on a middle surface and protrusion structures at both ends by demolding, wherein the PDMS one-dimensional photonic crystal film is the flexible deformable photonic crystal material. A mechanochromic photonic crystal film is prepared by using a master template with a photonic crystal structure, a process is simple and easy to operate, a preparation period of a mechanochromic material is greatly shortened, and a preparation cost is reduced.

Abstract: A pulling-out device for a prefabricated concrete support wall, belonging to the field of concrete support structures, wherein a vertical hollow tube is pre-buried in the prefabricated concrete support wall. The pulling-out device includes a pulling-out mechanism disposed in the hollow tube by penetration, the lower end of the pulling-out mechanism is fixedly arranged in the prefabricated concrete support wall and positioned at the lower end of the hollow tube, a first fixing device for tensing the pulling-out mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the pulling-out mechanism, and the first fixing device is not connected with the prefabricated concrete support wall.
