A daylighting film (1) according to one aspect of the present invention includes a base member (10) having optical transparency, first projections (11) having optical transparency and formed on an inner surface (10a) of the base member (10), a second projection (12) formed on the inner surface (10a) and having a height from the inner surface (10a) higher than a height of the first projections (11), a protective base member (13) arranged in an opposite relation to the inner surface (10a) of the base member (10), a bonding layer (14) for bonding the second projection (12) and the protective base member (13), and gaps (15) defined between the first projections (11) and between the first projection (11) and the second projection (12), wherein the first projections (11) include reflective surfaces (11c2) at which light incoming from an outer surface (13b) side of the protective base member (13) or the base member (10) is totally reflected.

A lighting film (1) includes a first base material (2), a plurality of lighting portions (3), and a void portion (9), and if a virtual straight line (F) that passes through a point (C), at which any one light ray of light entering the lighting portion (3) is incident on a reflective surface, and is orthogonal to a first surface (2a) of the first base material (2) marks a boundary between two spaces, a space with the light ray incident on the point (C) of the two spaces is labeled as a first space (S1), and a space without the light ray incident on the point (C) is labeled as a second space (S2), the lighting film (1) has a function of decreasing intensity of light traveling toward the second space (S2) of light emitted from the first base material (2) or the lighting portion (3).

A daylighting device of the present invention is provided with a planar optical member 1 and a support member. The planar optical member 1 is provided with a planar structure body which has a plurality of linear bodies 3 formed of optically transparent materials which are arrayed substantially in parallel and a plurality of binding members which are arranged in a direction which intersects with the plurality of the linear bodies 3 and which bind the plurality of the linear bodies 3 in a state of being arrayed substantially in parallel. The linear bodies 3 have reflective surfaces which reflect light which is incident to the linear body 3 along a direction which intersects with a length direction of the linear body 3 and refractive surfaces which refract the light.In at least a part of a planar structure body, the orientations of reflective surfaces of at least some of the linear bodies out of the plurality of linear bodies 3 substantially match and the orientations of the refractive surfaces of at least some of the linear bodies substantially match.
