The discharge electrode has a plurality of filament-like conductors, and a joining portion to tie the bottoms of the conductors together. The induction electrode is arranged at the bottom side of the conductors.

    摘要: A housing, a substrate accommodated in the housing, a needle electrode for generating ions through discharging, which is held by the substrate such that a tip end portion protrudes outside the housing, an insulating sealing portion insulating and sealing the substrate in the housing, and an electrode protection portion for protecting the needle electrode outside the housing are included. The housing is provided with an opening portion through which a side of the tip end portion of the needle electrode is inserted and which is sealed with the insulating sealing portion. The electrode protection portion has a first protection portion and a second protection portion which are provided to protrude from the housing relative to the tip end portion of the needle electrode and opposed to each other at a distance from each other on opposing sides of the needle electrode.

    摘要: In an ion generation apparatus, induction electrodes are formed on a surface of a substrate, holes are provided inside the induction electrodes, respectively, needle electrodes are disposed in a substrate, and tip end portions of the needle electrodes are inserted into the holes, respectively. Furthermore, a part of each of the induction electrodes is removed, thereby reducing the size of the substrate for entire size reduction. By such a configuration, it becomes possible to provide an ion generation apparatus that can stably generate ions even in a high humidity environment and that can be mounted also in small-sized electrical equipment.

    摘要: A discharge device is housed in a housing portion of a holder. The discharge device includes a housed section and a discharge electrode protruding from the housed section. The housed section is housed in the housing portion. The housed section includes a bottom wall and two side walls. The two side walls oppose each other in a longitudinal direction of the bottom wall. At least one of the two side walls is connected to the bottom wall via a curved surface. The curved surface guides a corner of the housing portion when the housed section is housed in the housing portion. As a result, the housed section is housed in the housing portion without catching on the corner.

    摘要: An ion generation device includes a discharge electrode substrate, an induction electrode substrate, and an insulating resin. The discharge electrode substrate on which a discharge electrode is mounted and a first electrode connected to the discharge electrode is formed. The induction electrode substrate on which an induction electrode configured to generate a discharge between the induction electrode and the discharge electrode and a second electrode connected to the induction electrode are formed. The insulating resin is filled at least between the discharge electrode and the induction electrode. The insulating resin provides insulation between the discharge electrode and the induction electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed and face each other at least partially. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the insulating resin interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode form a capacitor.
