Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display panel and a display device thereof, which removes one of electrodes that forms an electrolytic cell by setting a second electrode layer of the non-display area into a plurality of electrode line segments spaced apart from each other, and also reduces a relative area of the second electrode layer to the first electrode layer, such that electrochemical corrosion of a fan-out area caused by formation of the electrolytic cell can be avoided, and thus the reliability of the product is improved. Since the gap between the electrode line segments of the second electrode layer is filled with the material same as that used for the second polyimide layer, the thickness of the second polyimide layer is increased, such that protection of second the electrode layer is increased, ensuring a normal conversion of the signal and improving the reliability of the product.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for a display panel that includes the following steps: a first substrate manufacturing step, a second substrate manufacturing step, an assembling step, and a first alignment film layer manufacturing step. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a sealant layer. The manufacturing method for the display panel disposes a first liquid crystal alignment monomer layer on a surface of a common electrode layer, and uses a heat gun to perform heat and light treatment to a color filter substrate to make a link reaction occur between the first liquid crystal alignment monomer layer and the common electrode layer and form a first alignment film layer, and thereby undesirable alignment is improved and greyscale difference of a display panel caused by undesirable alignment is avoided to ensure yields and quality of products.

Abstract: A TFT display device and a method for producing the device are disclosed. The TFT display device includes: a first metal layer, on which a first silicon nitride film is deposited; a second metal layer deposited on the first silicon nitride film and etched to form a pattern, wherein a second silicon nitride film is deposited on the second metal film; and a via hole, wherein the first metal layer and/or the second metal layer are disconnected in the overlapping region. The first silicon nitride layer and the second silicon nitride layer are etched to form the via hole On the disconnected position, and an ITO conductive film is deposited to electrically connect the disconnected position. According to the present invention, by means of the above-mentioned way, the TFT display device will have less damage by ESD. The yield rate of the product is increased, and the product competitiveness is enhanced.

Abstract: This invention provides a display panel and a fabricating method thereof. Wherein the display panel defines a display area and an edge area. The display panel includes a substrate, a gate layer, a gate insulating layer, a thin film encapsulation layer, and a polyimide layer. By disposing a buffer tank on the gate insulating layer, the flow rate of the polyimide solution printed through inkjet printing in the edge region is reduced when the polyimide layer is forming, thereby causing it to solidify to form the polyimide layer before flowing over a retaining wall, and preventing sealant contamination and peeling.

Abstract: A curved display panel and a manufacturing method. The method includes: providing a first substrate; forming a color resist layer on the first substrate, and forming a recessed region at a preset position of the color resist layer such; providing a second substrate; forming a spacer on the second substrate; and aligning, assembling and adhering the first substrate and the second substrate such that the spacer is embedded inside the recessed region. The present invention also provides a curved display panel. Through above way, the spacer of the curved display panel is embedded inside the recessed region such that when the curved display panel is bent, the spacer will not generate a displacement so as to reduce the light leakage phenomenon, decrease the yield rate loss of the display panel.
