The motherboard of liquid crystal display panels is manufactured by the following steps: providing a first substrate motherboard; providing a second substrate motherboard; forming a plurality of frame glue patterns on the first substrate motherboard or the second substrate motherboard, each of the plurality of frame glue patterns including a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame, wherein the second frame and the third frame have a same width which is twice a width of the first frame; dripping liquid crystals into the plurality of frame glue patterns; and aligning the first substrate motherboard with the second substrate motherboard, and gluing them together through the plurality of frame glue patterns. The motherboard of liquid crystal display panels manufactured through such a method has high utilization.

    摘要: A temperature control pin, and the device and the method for supporting a substrate in the ultraviolet (UV) solidifying alignment process are disclosed. The temperature control pins includes a supporting pin for supporting a substrate, a heater being arranged within the supporting pin and is close to a top of the supporting pin, and a cooling system. The heater is controlled by the temperature control system to heat up the supporting pin. The cooling system is controlled by the temperature control system to cool down the supporting pin, and cooperatively operates with the heater to dynamically adjust the temperature of the supporting pins. When being heated, the temperature of the temperature control pins is adjusted by the temperature control system, and the substrate is heated uniformly such that the “Pin Mura” phenomenon is reduced or decreased.

    摘要: An ejection head for ejecting alignment film forming composition includes multiple nozzles. Each nozzle includes a chamber, a composition source, and a control valve. A liquid transportation pipe and a pusher are disposed on the bottom and the top of the chamber, respectively. The pusher is used for pushing the alignment film forming composition out of the liquid transportation pipe. The composition source is used for transporting the alignment film forming composition to the chamber. The control valve is used for controlling switching of the liquid transportation pipe to control output of the alignment film forming composition. Owing to the control valve and the blowing device, the alignment film forming composition is prevented from condensing on the nozzle and blocking the nozzle or from forming large droplets because of accumulation. In this way, the quality of the alignment film is greatly enhanced owing to uniform spraying and regular output.

    摘要: A method for laminating glass panels includes (1) providing a TFT substrate and a CF substrate to be laminated, in which the CF substrate is coated with a seal resin and the TFT substrate carries liquid crystal dropped thereon; (2) aligning and laminating the TFT substrate and the CF substrate in a vacuum environment to complete a lamination process; (3) applying UV light to transmit through the TFT substrate for carrying out UV curing of the seal resin interposed between the CF substrate and the TFT substrate so as to complete a UV curing process; and (4) removing the laminated CF substrate and the TFT substrate that have been subjected to the UV curing process out of the vacuum environment.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a probe module for detecting the contact performance between the probe module and the external test circuit of the substrate of a LCD panel during liquid crystal alignment. The probe module comprises at least two mutually insulated telescopic probes, a resistance monitoring device which is electrically connected with the at least two mutually insulated telescopic probes, and can monitor the resistance between the at least two mutually insulated telescopic probes to determine the contact performance between the at least two mutually insulated probes and the contact surface. The probe module according to the present disclosure has a plurality of contact points with the target, which are independent from each other. Therefore, the contact performance between the probe and the object can be promptly determined based on the resistance value between a plurality of probes measured by the resistance monitoring device of the probe module. This probe module can save the time in finding the causes of the current abnormality during liquid crystal alignment.

With the buffer belt made of elastic materials carrying such hard workpieces as glass to be transferred, when the guide device is in contact with the hard workpiece to be transferred, the buffer belt is pressed to deform, which can reduce the pressure produced during the contact of the guide device with the hard workpiece, and prevent the contact portion from being broken or worn because of the pressure, not only preventing loss of the hard workpiece to be transferred, but also reducing use consumption of the guide device, thereby reducing the material cost.
