A virtual keyboard system and typing method are provided. The virtual keyboard system includes a projector configured for projecting a key area having keys onto a projection plane, a storage device configured for storing a key value mapping table, a typed position coordinate obtaining device configured for obtaining coordinates of a typed position of the key area, and a key value obtaining device configured for obtaining key values corresponding to the coordinates of the typed position from the key value mapping table. The key values are outputted when a projected virtual key area is touched by a user.

The present disclosure provides a remote control method for virtual operating interface including following steps. A voice command is obtained by the to-be-controlled terminal according to a voice signal input by a user, and the voice command is sent to a control terminal. A corresponding virtual operating interface is projected by the control terminal according to the voice command. A graphic image formed by the virtual operating interface is collected by the control terminal at each preset time interval. A remote command corresponding to a location within the virtual operating interface at which a fingertip of the user keeps operating is determined by the control terminal according to the collected graphic image, and the remote command is sent to the to-be-controlled terminal, thereby controlling the to-be-controlled terminal to perform corresponding remote operations.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses a mid-air gesture input method and apparatus. In embodiments of the present invention, when a writing start command is detected, gesture images are collected, and a position of a fingertip in each frame of the gesture images is acquired; a writing trajectory is generated according to the acquired positions of the fingertip in the gesture images; and when a writing end command is detected, text recognition is performed on the generated writing trajectory, to obtain text corresponding to the writing trajectory. In the embodiments of the present invention, gesture images of a user are collected to generate a writing trajectory, and text recognition is then performed on the writing trajectory, so that the user only needs to use a gesture in mid-air to implement text input, and the input manner is simple and applicable to many electronic products including a television.
