The upright pillar sash includes: a design part on a vehicle exterior side; and a main body on vehicle interior side relative to the design part, the elevating/lowering mechanism includes: a slider secured to the glass; a guide rail that guides the slider to move in the elevating/lowering directions; and a transmission member that transmits the driving force from the drive source to the slider, the main body of the upright pillar sash houses the slider, guide rail, and transmission member, and the guide rail regulates movement of the slider in both vehicle interior/exterior directions, on a vehicle interior surface side of the glass.

摘要: An assembling determination method and an assembling determination device for a vehicular opening-closing body driving device can determine a normal/abnormal winding of a drive wire around a spiral groove to ensure a quick and accurate action. The assembling determination method includes winding a drive wire around the spiral groove on the peripheral surface of a drive drum, wherein the drive wire drives a vehicular opening-closing body, arranging an inspection jig to face the drive drum surface via a clearance, determining that the drive wire is wound around the spiral groove in an abnormal manner when the inspection jig contacts the drive wire, and determining that the drive wire to be wound around the spiral groove in a normal manner when the inspection jig and the drive wire are contactless.

摘要: A vehicle door glass elevating/lowering device performs elevating/lowering operation of window glass by a driving force of a drive source along a sash member along one of front and rear edges of the window glass in a door sash forming a window opening. The glass elevating/lowering device includes: a guide rail on the sash member; a slider having a glass support secured to the glass and a sliding part guided movably in the elevating/lowering directions with respect to the guide rail; and a transmission member that transmits the driving force of the drive source, in which a first sliding part regulated in position by the guide rail in at least one direction of the vehicle front-rear directions and a second sliding part regulated in position by the guide rail in at least the other direction of the vehicle front-rear directions are provided at mutually different positions in the elevating/lowering directions.

摘要: A window regulator includes: a carrier piece attached to a window glass; a drive wire connected to the carrier piece and configured to lift and lower the carrier piece; and a wire end connected to an end portion of the drive wire. The carrier piece has a wire end housing portion configured to house the wire end, a wire insertion groove communicating with the wire end housing portion, and a wire retaining portion extending at an upper end of the wire insertion groove. The drive wire is routed in the wire insertion groove. An upper side of the wire insertion groove includes an opening which opens in an upper direction crossing a routing direction of the drive wire. The wire retaining portion prevents the drive wire from coming out of the wire insertion groove by contacting the drive wire.

摘要: In a window regulator, and a method of producing the same, which moves a slider base along a guide rail via wires in accordance with rotation of a drum, includes a fitting portion having a first protrusion and a second protrusion provided on a drum housing which supports the drum, wherein the first protrusion protrudes from an abutting surface of the drum housing with which an end surface of the guide rail can come into contact and wherein the second protrusion protrudes from the abutting surface by a smaller amount of protrusion than that of the first protrusion, and the drum housing and the guide rail are joined by restricting movement of the guide rail in the thickness direction thereof by inserting the guide rail in between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. Workability during manufacturing of the window regulator is thereby improved.
