摘要: A window regulator includes a guide rail fixed to a vehicle door panel and a slider base that supports a window glass and is slidably supported in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail along sliding surfaces on a front and a back of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a sliding portion that has a first sliding surface and a second sliding surface that face one direction and another direction in a vehicle inner-outer direction. The slider base includes a grease injection portion that includes an injection space and a grease receiving portion. The injection space opens to the vehicle inner-outer direction. The first sliding surface of the guide rail is positioned inside the injection space. The grease receiving portion is positioned opposed to the second sliding surface of the guide rail. The grease receiving portion receives a grease injected in the injection space.

摘要: A wire type window regulator for vehicle that allows easily guiding a drive wire to a wire insertion clearance of a wire guide member and/or a drum housing during assembly is obtained. A wire guide member includes a wire guide groove around which the drive wire is wound, a wire disconnection prevention portion, and an inclination guide surface. The wire disconnection prevention portion is disposed to extend from one region to another region of regions on both sides between which the wire guide groove is interposed. The wire disconnection prevention portion forms a wire insertion clearance from which the drive wire is introducible to the wire guide groove with the other region. The inclination guide surface is disposed in the other region. The inclination guide surface guides the drive wire introduced to the wire guide groove to the wire insertion clearance.

摘要: An assembling determination method and an assembling determination device for a vehicular opening-closing body driving device can determine a normal/abnormal winding of a drive wire around a spiral groove to ensure a quick and accurate action. The assembling determination method includes winding a drive wire around the spiral groove on the peripheral surface of a drive drum, wherein the drive wire drives a vehicular opening-closing body, arranging an inspection jig to face the drive drum surface via a clearance, determining that the drive wire is wound around the spiral groove in an abnormal manner when the inspection jig contacts the drive wire, and determining that the drive wire to be wound around the spiral groove in a normal manner when the inspection jig and the drive wire are contactless.

摘要: A vehicle window regulator includes a slider base supported on a guide rail; a drive wire connected to the slider base; a wire guide supported at one end of the guide rail and having a winding part, onto which the drive wire is wound, at a position offset from the guide rail in a vehicle width direction; and a driver which raises and lowers the slider base via the drive wire. The wire guide is supported by the guide rail by a retainer and a pressing portion, the retainer engaged with the guide rail, and the pressing portion being engaged with the guide rail to press the guide rail toward the other end of the guide rail. The pressing portion is formed at a position toward the other end and formed at a position offset from the retainer toward the winding part.

A window glass is fixed to the slider base. The wire driving mechanism moves the slider base up/down along the guide rail via a drive wire. The wire guide member is disposed on at least one of an upper end and a lower end of the guide rail. The wire guide member changes a routing direction of the drive wire wound around the wire guide member. The wire guide member supports a fixing member that is inserted through the guide rail and that fixes the guide rail and the wire guide member to the vehicle door panel.

摘要: The vehicle component fastening structure includes: a boss receptacle and a boss provided in a pair of the vehicle components, and a fastening member for fastening the boss and the boss receptacle. The boss receptacle has a through-hole penetrating in a fastening axis direction and a nipped portion provided inside the through-hole. The boss has a fastener hole, and a leading end of the boss oriented to a first direction abuts on the nipped portion. The fastening member has a shank inserted into the through-hole and the fastener hole in a second direction and a head abutting on the nipped portion. In the fastened state, a bottom face of the head abuts on the nipped portion, and the entire bottom face and a portion of the nipped portion where the leading end of the boss abuts are placed within a range of the through-hole in the fastening axis direction.
