    Abstract: The present invention provides a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic composition with low viscosity while having excellent stability sufficient to withstand the inclusion of a polar oil. A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising: (A) 0.1 to 2 mass % of an organically modified clay mineral; (B) 0.1 to 2 mass % of a hydrophobic silica; (C) 2 to 5 mass % of a silicone-type surfactant; (D) an oil component of which 10 to 50 mass % of the total oil component is a non-polar hydrocarbon oil; and (E) 20 to 60 mass % of a water phase component; wherein the (A) organically modified clay mineral and (B) hydrophobic silica total to 0.2 to 2 mass %; and a viscosity of the cosmetic composition as a whole is 1000 to 10000 mPa·s (30° C.; B type viscometer).

    Abstract: The present invention provides a corona-core microgel emulsifying agent composed of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing polyethylene oxide macromonomers, hydrophobic monomers, and cross-linking monomers under specific conditions as well as an oil-in-water emulsified composition characteristically using said emulsifying agent for emulsification.The object of the present invention is to provide a new corona-core microgel emulsifying agent to be used to prepare an oil-in-water emulsified composition that manifests superior emulsification stability, stability over time, and low skin irritation, and is free of stickiness at the time of application, manifests dewy freshness, is free of powdery sensation and/or squeakiness, and is superior in durability of fragrance, as well as an oil-in-water emulsified composition emulsified with said emulsifying agent.

    Abstract: There is provided a composition for forming an artificial skin that can shorten the cross-linking time while maintaining excellent application performance and coating performance.
    A composition for forming an artificial skin of the present disclosure comprises a first agent and a second agent, wherein the first agent comprises: (a) a polymer A composed of one or more organopolysiloxanes containing at least two carbon-carbon double bonds or at least one carbon-carbon triple bond in the molecule; (b) a polymer B composed of one or more organopolysiloxanes containing at least two Si—H units in the molecule; and (c) a silicone having a viscosity of 1.5 mPa·s or less at 25° C., and wherein the second agent comprises a catalyst that promotes cross-linking of the polymer A and the polymer B.
