Abstract:
A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains an acrylic resin (A) and an isocyanatecrosslinking agent (B), in which a content of the isocyanate crosslinking agent (B) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the acrylic resin (A) is 0.05 to 5 parts by mass, and the acrylic resin (A) contains a monomer (a1) having a hydroxyl group in an amount of 20% by mass or more, and N-vinylacetamide (a2) in an amount of 0.5% to 5% by mass as a monomer unit.
Abstract:
Provided are an outer package material that is for electricity storage devices such as batteries and has such a sufficient anti-electrolytic solution property that the time-dependent reduction of the adhesive strength between a metal foil layer and a sealant layer by an electrolytic solution is suppressed over a long time and a composition for adhesives for giving the outer package material. In an outer package material that is for electricity storage devices and has a structure in which at least a base material layer, a first adhesive layer, a metal foil layer, a second adhesive layer, and a sealant layer are stacked in sequence, a composition containing an isocyanato group and a (meth) acryloyl group and further containing an acid-modified polyolefin (component 1), an active energy ray polymerization initiator (component 3), and a solvent (component 4) is used as a composition for adhesives to form the second adhesive layer.
Abstract:
A method of producing a solid electrolytic capacitor, including a step of forming a dielectric film on the surface of a valve-acting metal having fine pores and a step of forming a solid electrolyte layer containing a conductive polymer on the dielectric film; wherein the solid electrolyte layer containing the conductive polymer is formed without using an oxidizing agent by: (i) a method of polymerizing at least one of the compounds (A1) represented by formula (1) disclosed herein in the presence of a compound (B) having a sulfo group; (ii) a method of copolymerizing at least one compound (A2) represented by formula (2) disclosed herein; and (iii) a method of polymerizing at least one of the compounds (A1) and (A2).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fused heteropolycyclic compound represented by formulae (1) and (2), a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a conductive polymer represented by formulae (3) and (4) in which at least one compound represented by formula (2) is used (the symbols in the formulae are as described in the description). The method of the present invention is a method for producing a sulfo-group-containing polyisothianaphthene capable of reducing the use amount of an oxidant or capable of being polymerized without the use of any oxidant.
