摘要: To provide a pressure granulation machine that is not equipped with a mechanism for extruding products, that has a simple structure to reclaim products, and that has a high degree of cleanliness. The pressure granulation machine 1 manufactures molded products 120 by granulating material 110 by compressing it by means of a pair of pressing rolls, which rotate. It comprises a first pressing roll 10 of the pair of the pressing rolls, on the outer surface 16 of which concavities 12 for molding are formed, a second pressing roll 20 of the pair of the pressing rolls that rotates faster than the first pressing roll does, and a first suctioning device 50 that suctions the molded products that have been formed by granulating the material by pressing it in the concavities for molding to rip off the molded products from the concavities for molding.

摘要: A continuous bubble removal method includes: preparing a main container, a basic pressurization container that connects to the main container and holds a basic operating liquid, and a basic movable portion that is displaceably attached to the basic pressurization container; flowing target liquid through the main container, the liquid including a bubble; and iteratively decreasing and increasing a volume of the bubble by iteratively pressurizing and depressurizing the target liquid from a region via the basic operating liquid by displacing, in a reciprocating manner, the basic movable portion the region being surrounded by a basic connecting portion of the basic pressurization container that is closer to the main container than the basic supporting portion, wherein an opening area of the basic supporting portion is larger than an opening area of the basic connecting portion.

摘要: [Problem] To provide a method and device that automatically detects misalignment during flask mating in an automatic flask mating device for molding flasks for casting.[Solution] In an automatic flask mating device, an external force applied to a cope with a cope molding flask M1 during flask mating is detected by means of a physical quantity detection sensor 60, quantified by a computation/storage/determination processing device 61, and then compared with a numerical value at a normal time for determination to thereby determine whether the flask mating has normally completed and detect flask mating misalignment. A force sensor is preferably used as the physical quantity detection sensor.

摘要: A wear detection method and system for a linear actuator such as a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder or the like. A physical amount detection sensor 9 is mounted on a linear actuator in which a push-pull member connected to a rod 2 pushes and pulls a pressure-receiving object while applying a lateral load in a direction different from the linear movement direction. An external force that is generated between a tube and the mounting member when the pressure-receiving object is pushed and pulled is detected by the physical amount detection sensor 9 and compared with standard external force data, which was detected in a state without abnormalities and stored in a computation/storage/determination processing device 10, to computationally determine whether the linear actuator is in a normal state or an abnormal state.

摘要: A dispersing device is provided by which a dispersion with a high yield and a proper dispersing process can be carried out. The dispersing device causes a mixture of a slurry or a liquid to flow by centrifugal force toward an outer circumference between a rotor and a stator. It comprises a container, a cover assembly that closes an upper opening of the container, a stator that is fixed under the cover assembly, a rotor that is disposed to face a lower surface of the stator, and an assembly for supplying the mixture that stores an unprocessed mixture to be supplied to a gap between the rotor and the stator. The assembly for supplying the mixture has a body, a first member for injecting the mixture, and a second member for injecting the mixture.
