    摘要: Provided herein is a power-on reset circuit and a semiconductor memory device having the power-on reset circuit. The power-on reset circuit may include a reference voltage generation circuit configured to generate a reference voltage using an external supply voltage that is externally input, and a power-on reset signal generation circuit configured to generate a power-on reset signal by sensing a potential level of the reference voltage when the external supply voltage increases to a set level or more. The power-on reset signal generation circuit may be configured to, when the reference voltage changes depending on the temperature variation, control a sensing level to compensate for the change in the reference voltage.
