    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an image processing apparatus and an image processing method that make it possible to generate a texture image of high picture quality at a predetermined viewpoint using an omnidirectional image. A plurality of real cameras image a plurality of reference images at a plurality of viewpoint positions in a plurality of sight line directions.
