An information processing apparatus includes circuitry configured to provide a user interface to a user, determine whether a predetermined object is present in an input recognition area of a sensor, and determine a region of interest within the user interface. The circuitry is further configured to determine, while the predetermined object is determined to be present in the input recognition area, whether the region of interest within the user interface changes. The circuitry is further configured to perform an operation based on whether the region of interest is determined, while the predetermined object is determined to be present in the input recognition area, to change.

To provide an information processing device, control method, and program that are capable of showing presence of a virtual object in a real space.The information processing device includes: a calculation unit configured to calculate a localization position of a sound source of a virtual object relative to a user on the basis of information on the virtual object and information on a state of the user, the virtual object causing the user to feel as if the virtual object exists in a real space through sound image localization; and a sound image localization unit configured to perform a sound signal process of the sound source such that a sound image is localized at the calculated localization position.

There is provided an information processing apparatus including an acquisition unit configured to acquire a moving image generated through imaging by an imaging apparatus having a view angle of 180° or more, and a virtual space generation unit configured to generate a three-dimensional virtual space including one or more objects having a curved inner surface and a curved outer surface, on the basis of a plurality of frame images included in the moving image.
