    Abstract: A method for performing a listen-before-talk procedure in a first transceiver device (N1) for wireless electromagnetic communication in a frequency band (150) is disclosed. A first transceiver device (N1) configured to perform the method is also disclosed. The method comprises receiving at the first transceiver device (N1) a stream of data (11) from a second transceiver device (N2), and determining whether the second transceiver device (N2) is capable of receiving in only a single or in two polarization directions. If the second transceiver device (N2) is capable of receiving in two polarization directions, then the method comprises determining and using an energy threshold that is larger than a regulated energy threshold for listen-before-talk within the frequency band (150). If the second transceiver device (N2) is capable of receiving in only a single polarization direction or if the energy of the received stream of data (11) is smaller than the energy threshold, then constructing a signal to be transmitted within the frequency band (150) by the first transceiver device (N1).

    Abstract: The media production element combines media content from a plurality of streaming electronic devices when they are registered to be within the same streaming event. The media production element can produce a combined live video stream or a combined media production using selections and combinations of the streamed content provided by the multiple electronic devices. A network assistance device can provide feedback to the media production element regarding network conditions for the electronic devices that are registered to an event. Such feedback can prevent bad network connections from affecting the final media production by helping the media production element to decide which data stream to use in the production and when to switch from an electronic device that can be on its way to losing optimum radio conditions.

    Abstract: A method of connecting a main device (e.g., vehicle or tool) to a server via a battery module that powers the main device. The battery module includes a battery stack, a processing unit, a memory, a first interface for communicating with a wireless network, and a second interface for establishing a data transfer connection to the main device. The method comprises establishing a wireless connection to the server via the first interface, identifying the battery module to the server using the wireless connection, establishing a data transfer connection to the main device via the second interface, receiving an identifier of the main device using the data transfer connection, and identifying the main device to the server using the wireless network connection. After connection and authentication is carried out, the battery module may receive battery supply configuration data and sensor data configuration for the main device from the server.
