The electronic device comprises: a processing circuit configured to determine a collaborative access point set for users within a predetermined range by using a wireless network topology of a wireless network as a state, and to redetermine the collaborative access point set for the users in response to a change in the wireless network topology, wherein the wireless network topology comprises a user distribution and an access point distribution.

The present disclosure provides a radio resource management system and method. The radio resource management system includes a control device for determining, based on geographical location information of at least one secondary system and at least one primary system managed by the radio resource management system, a radio resource available to the at least one secondary system among licensed radio resources of the at least one primary system when the primary system is not interfered with, the control device including a selection unit for selecting at least one object liable to be interfered with by the secondary system managed by another radio resource management system from the at least one primary system, from the at least one secondary system, or from the at least one primary system and the at least one secondary system based on the geographical location information; and a communication device for transmitting the geographical location information of the at least one object selected by the selection unit to the another radio resource management system. The present disclosure can reduce an information interaction between radio resource management systems.

The present disclosure provides a radio resource management system and method, a secondary system and a storage system. The radio resource management system comprises: an acquiring device, configured to acquire the interference information of respective locations managed by the radio resource management system according to the location information and the operating parameters of the secondary systems managed by its and adjacent radio resource management system; and a determining device, configured to determine whether to accept a request from a new secondary system, which is within the management range of the radio resource management system and requests to access spectrum resource, and the spectrum resources available for the new secondary system, based on the interference information acquired by the acquiring device and the location information of the new secondary system, wherein, the radio resource management system manages the secondary systems within its management range, such that the secondary system opportunistically utilize the authorized spectrum resources of a primary system under the premise that the interference of the secondary systems meets a predetermined condition to the primary system. Specifically, a spectrum management device is provided, which comprises one or more processors configured to estimate a future moving trajectory of a communication device based on a location of the communication device and an environment where the communication device is located, where the communication device is an unpredictable mobile device; determine a trajectory radiation area to be interfered by the communication device as it moves along the future moving trajectory; and instruct the communication device or an interfered device in the trajectory radiation area which is subjected to co-frequency interference with the communication device to perform an operation for reducing interference.
