    摘要: The present invention discloses a line gear mechanism for rotation-movement conversion, comprising a driving line gear (1) and a driven line gear (2). A stagger angle between an axis of the driving line gear and an axis of the driven line gear is any value from 0° to 180°. By a point contact meshing between a driving contact curve of a driving line tooth on the driving line gear (1) and a driven contact curve of a driven line tooth on the driven line gear (2), and by utilizing rotation of the driving line gear (1), it achieves that the driven line gear (2) rotates while moving smoothly. The line gear mechanism for rotation-movement conversion is simple in structure, easy to design, can achieve small displacement of movement, and is especially suitable for the conversion of small machinery from rotation to linear motion.

    摘要: The present invention is a variable-ratio line gear mechanism. The mechanism forms a transmission pair consisting of a driving line gear and a driven line gear, of which axes intersect at an arbitrary angle. Transmission is generated by point contact meshing movement of line teeth between the driving line gear and the driven line gear. A contact curve of the line tooth is designed in accordance with space conjugate curve meshing theory, and the designing equation is divided into an equal transmission ratio part and a variable transmission ratio part. The equal transmission ratio part provides a uniform transmission, and the variable transmission ratio part makes the transmission ratio smoothly transit. The line gear mechanism is able to provide periodically transmission with variable transmission ratio, to provide a plurality of transmission ratios during a movement period of the driven line gear, and to enable smooth transitions between respective transmission ratios in accordance with movement rules.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a line gear mechanism with variable-angle transmission, which consists of a line gear pair having intersecting shafts which includes a driving line gear and a driven line gear. The driving line gear and the driven line gear are each composed of a wheel body and a line tooth. Contact curves of the driving line gear and the driven line gear mesh according to a pair of space conjugate curves. One or more line teeth are provided on the driving line gear. The line tooth on the driven line gear is a line tooth that has a property of variable-angle transmission. During transmission, the mechanism may adjust a transmission angle of the line gear pair having the intersecting shafts, thus causing meshing points to form on different contact curves while a transmission ratio remains unchanged and the transmission is stable.
