Abstract: A mechanics experiment system for a perforated string in underground perforating blasting of an oil-gas well. The system includes an experiment water pool, a perforated string arranged in the experiment water pool, a signal amplifier, an A/D converter and a computer. The signal amplifier, the A/D converter and the computer are arranged outside the experiment water pool and are sequentially electrically connected; the perforated string includes an oil pipe, a packing tube, a sleeve, an acceleration testing short joint A, a damper, an acceleration testing short joint B and a perforating gun which are sequentially connected from top to bottom.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent switching valve for reservoir reformation and production monitoring and control. The intelligent switching valve comprises a connection short section, an electric short section, a fluid storage short section, a hydraulic control short section and a slide sleeve short section. The middle part of the intelligent switching valve is a full bore. In a working process, a casing coupling and a casing are connected and are mounted under the shaft as components of a well cementation casing. Wireless communication with ground equipment is realized through low-frequency electromagnetic waves to finish receiving/transmitting of working instructions and data. The switching valve is opened and closed under electric and hydraulic control and external assisting is not needed in an opening or closing process. The number of times of opening and closing is not limited and the number of stages is not limited.

Abstract: A pipeline robot capable of steering actively comprises at least two driving knuckles and at least one steering knuckle. Every two adjacent driving knuckles are connected by the steering knuckle. A front end cover is fixed on the front end surface of the driving knuckle at the most front end. A sensor is mounted in the center of the front end cover. A rear end cover is fixed on the rear end surface of the driving knuckle at the rearmost end. A universal spherical hinge is arranged in the center of the rear end cover. Each driving knuckle comprises a main frame, driving mechanisms and telescopic mechanisms; the telescopic mechanisms are mounted in the main frame, and capable of causing contraction of the driving mechanisms into the main frame. The steering knuckle can drive the front driving knuckle connected thereto to steer.

Abstract: The present invention discloses mechanical equipment running state fuzzy evaluation and prediction methods with occurrence probability of failure modes. The evaluation method includes the following steps: S1, determining a product set and a failure mode set thereof: S2, determining a feature set corresponding to each failure mode; S3, calculating the degradation degree of each feature; S4, calculating the occurrence probability of each failure mode; S5, calculating the membership degree of the occurrence probability of each failure mode; S6, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to the running state of the part; and S7, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to the running state of mechanical equipment. The invention further discloses a mechanical equipment running state prediction method.
