摘要： A dual-SIM UE data transmission method and device, a storage medium, and a user equipment are provided. The dual-SIM UE includes a first SIM card and a second SIM card. The method includes: determining a request of a radio transmission or reception of the second SIM card while the first SIM card is in a connection state, wherein the first SIM card is connected with a first serving base station; requesting a time gap of a non-data transmission or a radio frequency circuit chain from the first serving base station based on the request of the radio transmission or reception; and performing the radio transmission or reception of the second SIM card at least by the time gap of the non-data transmission or the radio frequency circuit chain.

摘要： Cell handover method and apparatus are provided. The method applied to a first base station includes: transmitting a handover request message, wherein the handover request message includes a capacity indication message of a pre-configuration parameter; receiving a handover request acknowledgement message, wherein the handover request acknowledgement message includes the pre-configuration parameter, and a capacity of the pre-configuration parameter is determined based on the capacity indication message; and transmitting a handover command based on the handover request acknowledgement message. The method applied to a second base station includes: receiving a handover request message, wherein the handover request message includes a capacity indication message of a pre-configuration parameter; generating a handover request acknowledgement message based on the handover request message, wherein the handover request acknowledgement message includes the pre-configuration parameter, and a capacity of the pre-configuration parameter is determined based on the capacity indication message; and transmitting the handover request acknowledgement message.

摘要： A method for data transmission of a multi-card UE is provided. The multi-card UE has at least a first subscriber identity module (SIM) card and a second SIM card, the first SIM card is in a connected status with a network. The method includes: determining a wireless operation demand of the second SIM card, and requesting a transmission time gap from the network according to the wireless operation demand, for enabling the second SIM card to execute a wireless operation in the transmission time gap. The method further includes generating a gap adjustment request according to the wireless operation executed by the second SIM card, and sending the gap adjustment request to the network, for enabling the network to adjust allocated transmission time gap according to the gap adjustment request.

NR measurement may be executed with a shorter time period of service interruption without changing an LTE baseband circuit of UE.
