摘要: Cell handover method and apparatus are provided. The method applied to a first base station includes: transmitting a handover request message, wherein the handover request message includes a capacity indication message of a pre-configuration parameter; receiving a handover request acknowledgement message, wherein the handover request acknowledgement message includes the pre-configuration parameter, and a capacity of the pre-configuration parameter is determined based on the capacity indication message; and transmitting a handover command based on the handover request acknowledgement message. The method applied to a second base station includes: receiving a handover request message, wherein the handover request message includes a capacity indication message of a pre-configuration parameter; generating a handover request acknowledgement message based on the handover request message, wherein the handover request acknowledgement message includes the pre-configuration parameter, and a capacity of the pre-configuration parameter is determined based on the capacity indication message; and transmitting the handover request acknowledgement message.

The method includes: obtaining the number of all the random access preambles, the predetermined number of random access channel resources, and a predetermined maximum value of SSB indexes; calculating the number of SSB groups according to the predetermined maximum value of the SSB indexes and the predetermined number of random access channel resources; and determining combinations of one random access preamble and one random access channel resource for each of SSBs according to the number of all the random access preambles and the number of the SSB groups. The method may reduce cost of MSI when the random access preambles and the random access channel resources are allocated for the SSBs.

By the method, fewer bits are occupied to transmit the RLC layer status report, and therefore transmission efficiency is improved.

By the method, signaling interaction during data transmission is reduced, which may improve efficiency of data transmission and reduce consumption of radio network resources.
