    Abstract: A display device includes a first pixel electrode disposed on a substrate and including a main portion and an edge portion, a pixel defining film disposed on the substrate, including a body portion and a protrusion portion, and exposing the first pixel electrode, a first light-emitting layer on the first pixel electrode, a first common electrode on the first light-emitting layer, a first bank layer on the pixel defining film, and a second bank layer disposed on the first bank layer and including a side surface protruding further than a side surface of the first bank layer. A thickness of the edge portion of the first pixel electrode is greater than a thickness of the main portion of the first pixel electrode, and a width of the protrusion portion of the pixel defining film is greater than a width of the edge portion of the first pixel electrode.
