Abstract: A slot die coater planarizing an upper surface of an encapsulation layer and a coating method using the same. The slot die coater includes a slit nozzle configured to supply a coating solution. The slit nozzle includes a hole vertically penetrating a center portion thereof, a first bottom surface disposed at a movement direction side of the slit nozzle with reference to the hole, and a second bottom surface disposed at an opposite direction side of the movement direction of the slit nozzle with reference to the hole. A width of the first bottom surface is different from the width of the second bottom surface.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display part including a plurality of pixel areas formed on a substrate; and a non-display part positioned outside and proximate to the display part. The display part includes: a pixel electrode formed in at least one of the pixel areas; a roof layer formed on the pixel electrode so as to be spaced apart from the pixel electrode with a cavity interposed therebetween; a liquid crystal positioned within the cavity; an injection hole formed in the roof layer; and an overcoat formed on the roof layer so as to cover the injection hole and seal the cavity. Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus, method of printing ink using the same and method of fabricating display device are provided. The method of printing ink includes: ejecting ink in which a plurality of particles is dispersed from an inkjet head; irradiating the ejected ink with a first light and a second light having different wavelengths to acquire data on a first exit light and a second exit light emitted from the ink; calculating a concentration of the particles in the ink from the data on the first exit light and the second exit light; and checking whether the concentration is out of an error range from a reference value, where the first light has a wavelength of about 500 nm or less, and the second light has a wavelength of about 1000 nm or more.
