Abstract: A display device includes a base, a light emitting element disposed on the base, a capping layer disposed on the light emitting element, a thin-film encapsulation layer which is disposed on the capping layer and includes an inorganic layer at the bottom, and a wavelength conversion pattern which is disposed on the thin-film encapsulation layer and overlaps the light emitting element. The capping layer includes a first sub-capping layer disposed on the light emitting element and a second sub-capping layer disposed between the first sub-capping layer and the inorganic layer, and a refractive index of the second sub-capping layer is greater than a refractive index of the inorganic layer and smaller than a refractive index of the first sub-capping layer.

Abstract: An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes: a first substrate; and a color filter layer disposed on the first substrate, wherein the color filter layer comprises: a first color filter that is located on the first substrate and comprises a recess and a sub-protrusion; and a second color filter that is located on the first substrate to be adjacent to the first color filter along a first direction, and comprises a protrusion protruding toward the recess of the first color filter. Abstract: A light emitting device including a first electrode, a light emitting portion on the first electrode, the light emitting portion including a plurality of light emitting units and at least one interconnecting layer between ones of the light emitting units that are adjacent to each other, and a second electrode on the light emitting portion. The at least one interconnecting layer includes a p-type charge generation layer doped with a p-type dopant and an n-type charge generation layer doped with an n-type dopant. At least one of the p-type charge generation layer and the n-type charge generation layer has a concentration gradient of the p-type dopant or the n-type dopant.
