摘要： An organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode, a hole transport region on the first electrode, an emission layer on the hole transport region, an electron transport region on the emission layer, and a second electrode on the electron transport region. The electron transport region includes a first electron transport layer on the emission layer; and a second electron transport layer on the first electron transport layer. An absolute value of difference between a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of the emission layer and a HOMO energy level of the first electron transport layer is about 0.3 eV to about 1.5 eV.

The first inorganic encapsulation layer and the second inorganic encapsulation layer extend to the through portion and directly contact each other in the second non-display area, and the first inorganic encapsulation layer directly contacts another inorganic layer thereunder in the second non-display area.
