Abstract: A first polarizing member includes a polarizing layer, a phase difference layer and an infrared reflective layer. The polarizing layer linearly polarizes light and emits polarized light. The phase difference layer changes a polarization state of the polarized light. The infrared reflective layer is interposed between the polarization layer and the phase difference layer, wherein the polarized light passes through the infrared reflective layer and infrared rays are reflected from the infrared reflective layer.
