摘要: A flexible display device according to an exemplary embodiment includes: a substrate; a touch panel on the substrate; a window layer on the touch panel; a flexible printed circuit (FPC) attached to an outer side of the window layer at a non-display area and comprising a driver integrated circuit (IC) configured to transfer a driving voltage to the touch panel and the substrate; a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) attached to the FPC and configured to transfer a driving signal to the driver IC; and a bridge electrode at an outer side of the window layer at the non-display area and connecting the touch panel, the substrate, and the FPC.

The OLED display further includes an encapsulation substrate formed over the thin film display layer, a touch sensing layer formed over the encapsulation substrate, and a window formed over the touch sensing layer.

The display device includes a first substrate, a first charge trap layer disposed on the first substrate and including silicon nitride, a semiconductor layer disposed on the first charge trap layer and including a first active layer of a first transistor and a second active layer of a second transistor, and an organic light emitting element electrically connected to the first transistor, wherein a ratio of a content of a Si element to a content of an N element in the first charge trap layer is in a range of 1.6 to 2.5.

摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a display substrate including first and second surfaces opposing each other. The OLED display further includes a touch sensing layer formed over the encapsulation substrate and configured to sense a touch input, a display flexible printed circuit board electrically attached to the second surface of the display substrate, and a touch flexible printed circuit board electrically connected to the touch sensing layer and attached to the second surface of the display substrate. An impact absorbing layer is formed over the second surface of the display substrate and attaches the display flexible printed circuit board and the touch flexible printed circuit board to the second surface of the display substrate. The impact absorbing layer includes a metal layer electrically connected to the display flexible printed circuit board and the touch flexible printed circuit board.
