Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display device is provided. The organic light-emitting display device includes a plurality of first electrodes, wherein each first electrode corresponds to a sub-pixel. The display device also includes a pixel-defining layer comprising a plurality of first openings exposing at least a portion of the first electrodes, and a plurality of inlets disposed on an upper surface of the pixel-defining layer. The display device further includes an intermediate layer disposed on the exposed portion of the first electrodes and the inlets, and an opposite electrode disposed on the intermediate layer and the pixel-defining layer, wherein the inlets are selectively disposed between adjacent sub-pixels emitting light of a same wavelength.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a color filter substrate includes forming a plurality of trenches having a predetermined depth by etching a surface of a transparent substrate, disposing a color filter material in the plurality of trenches to form a color filter layer, and forming a transparent electrode on the transparent substrate including the color filter layer therein.
Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display device includes a thin film transistor, a planarization layer on the thin film transistor and having an integral pixel sectioning portion defining a boundary of a pixel area, a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor in the pixel area inside the pixel sectioning portion, a light-emitting layer on the pixel electrode, and an opposite electrode on the light emitting layer.
Abstract:
A printing apparatus that recognizes a location of a substrate, which is a printing target, and performs printing. The printing apparatus includes: a stage to which the substrate is mounted; a location recognition unit recognizing a location of the substrate mounted to the stage; and a printing unit disposed in an upper portion of the stage and coating a printing solution on the substrate, and the location recognition unit includes a plurality of alignment marks formed in the substrate and a camera photographing the alignment marks. The plurality of alignment marks are disposed to be rotationally symmetrical to each other with reference to the center of the substrate for the locations of the alignment marks to be the same even though the substrate is rotated by a predetermined angle with reference to the center of the substrate.
Abstract:
A display panel includes a substrate, a partition formed on the substrate and defining a plurality of openings, a plurality of color filters formed in the openings and having a substantially uniform thickness within each respective opening, and a spacer formed on the partition. The color filters and the spacer are formed through inkjet printing. The color filters have the substantially uniform thickness by the partition having a height which is greater than the thickness of the color filters during the inkjet printing. The height of the partition may be in a range of about 1.5 to about 2 times the thickness of the color filter.
