A system and a method of providing location-based information, through a location-based display, targeted content detected by using information about a user who checks in or checks out a zone based on the location-based display are provided. A server may be configured to receive, in real time, information about a first user and identification (ID) information of the zone from a computing device through a first communication unit as check-in or check-out of the computing device with respect to the zone is detected, obtain content database (DB) information from an external device through a second communication unit by using the ID information of the zone, detect targeted content by using the information about the first user and the content DB information, and transmit the targeted content to a display provided in the zone through the first communication unit.

Provided are a device for providing a response operation corresponding to a device usage inquiry and a method of controlling the device. The method of controlling a device for providing a response operation corresponding to a device usage inquiry may include: receiving a user input corresponding to the device usage inquiry; classifying the device usage inquiry by analyzing the received user input corresponding to the device usage inquiry; extracting operation scenario information corresponding to a result of the classifying the device usage inquiry; and executing preset response operations of the device based on the operation scenario information, wherein the classifying includes classifying the device usage inquiry by inputting the user input of the device usage inquiry to a learning model that is a pre-generated.

An electronic apparatus includes an input unit comprising input circuitry configured to receive a natural language input, a communicator comprising communication circuitry configured to perform communication with a plurality of external chatting servers, and a processor configured to analyze a characteristic of the natural language and a characteristic of the user and to identify a chatting server corresponding to the natural language from among the plurality of chatting servers, and to control the communicator to transmit the natural language to the identified chatting server in order to receive a response with respect to the natural language.

Provided are a method and apparatus for recommending broadcasting contents by using a multimedia contents reproducing device, the method including the operations of generating a user list about one or more second users related to a first user; displaying the user list on a screen of the multimedia contents reproducing device; selecting at least a third user from among the one or more second users in the user list; and transmitting a recommendation message to the third user, wherein the recommendation message is related to recommending a first broadcasting content currently being watched by the first user, or a second broadcasting content selected from an Electronic Program Guide (EPG).
