Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a mapping restriction, of a plurality of mapping restrictions, of a logical channel to one or more radio resource types of a plurality of radio resource types. A buffer status report is triggered based on uplink data becoming available. An uplink grant indicating radio resources of a radio resource type of the plurality of radio resource types is received. A scheduling request is triggered in response to: the triggering the buffer status report; and the radio resource type not being of at least one first radio resource type, of the plurality of radio resource types, determined based on the plurality of mapping restrictions. The wireless device transmits the scheduling request.

Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, at least one first message. The message comprises one or more parameters of cells comprising a secondary cell with no configured physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). A determination is made to reconfigure the secondary cell to a PUCCH secondary cell with a secondary PUCCH. In response to the determination, at least one second message is transmitted to: release the secondary cell for the wireless device; and add the PUCCH secondary cell for the wireless device. Channel state information is received via the PUCCH secondary cell.

Abstract: A wireless device starts a beam failure recovery (BFR) timer in response to initiating a contention-free random access procedure for a BFR. Based on expiry of the BFR timer, a first preamble employing a contention-based random access for the BFR is transmitted. In response to not receiving a response for the first preamble, a preamble transmission counter is incremented from a value of the preamble transmission counter of the contention-free random access procedure before the expiry of the BFR timer. A second preamble is transmitted in response to a value of the preamble transmission counter being equal to or less than a number.

Abstract: A wireless device receives: a value for a discontinuous reception (DRX) inactivity timer; and a semi-persistent channel state information (SP-CSI) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI). receive a first downlink control information (DCI) corresponding to the SP-CSI RNTI is received. The SP-CSI RNTI indicates: activation of SP-CSI reporting; and no uplink grant for uplink packet transmission. The DRX inactivity timer is started based on the first DCI indicating the activation of the SP-CSI reporting. The DRX inactivity timer controls monitoring for DCIs of the SP-CSI RNTI. a transport block is transmitted based on receiving, while the DRX inactivity timer is running, a second DCI.

Abstract: A wireless device receives an indication for activation of packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) packet duplication of a radio bearer associated with a first radio link control (RLC) entity and a second RLC entity. A packet of the radio bearer is duplicated. The packet to the first RLC entity is provided. A duplicate packet to the second RLC is provided. The packet of the first RLC entity is transmitted. An acknowledgement of a successful delivery for the packet of the first RLC entity is received. In response to the acknowledgement, the duplicate packet of the second RLC entity is discarded.

Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC message(s) comprising: parameter(s) indicating whether a configured periodic grant of a first type can be used for transmission of data of a first logical channel; a timing offset and a symbol number identifying a resource of an uplink grant of the configured periodic grant of the type; and a first periodicity of the configured periodic grant. The first periodicity indicates a time interval between two subsequent resources of the configured periodic grant. The configured periodic grant is activated in response to receiving the RRC message(s). The data of the logical channel is multiplexed onto transport block(s) for transmission via the resource in response to the parameter(s) indicating that the configured periodic grant can be used by the logical channel. The transport block(s) are transmitted via the resource of the configured periodic grant.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters for a first logical channel indicating a first mapping restriction of the first logical channel to at least one first radio resource type of a plurality of radio resource types. The at least one first radio resource type indicates one of a licensed radio resource type or an unlicensed radio resource type. An uplink grant indicating radio resources of a radio resource type in the plurality of radio resource types is received. Based a determination that the radio resource type of the uplink grant is one of the at least one first radio resource type based on the first mapping restriction, a first buffer status report (BSR) retransmission timer for triggering a BSR indicating an amount of data comprising data of a buffer of the first logical channel is restarted. A BSR transmission is triggered in response to the first BSR retransmission timer expiring.

Abstract: A wireless device receives an uplink grant indicating radio resources in m consecutive subframes 0 to m−1, where m is two or more. For each subframe of the m consecutive subframes store, a respective packet is stored. In response to a determination that the wireless device cannot access a channel for a transmission in subframe k, k∈{0, . . . , m−2}: the respective packet stored for subframe k is not transmitted; and a listen-before-talk procedure indicating that the channel is clear in subframe k+1 is performed. The respective packet stored for each subframe of subframes k+1 to m−1 are transmitted via subframes k+1 to m−1.
