    Abstract: A wireless device initiates a random access procedure for parallel transmissions of random access preambles for beams of a cell. A determination is made that a first calculated transmit power exceeds a first power value. The first calculated transmit power comprises transmission powers corresponding to the parallel transmissions of the random access preambles. In response to the determination, a first transmission of at least one first random access preamble of the random access preambles is dropped based on at least one first pathloss value corresponding to the first transmission being greater than at least one second pathloss value corresponding to a second transmission of at least one second random access preamble of the random access preambles. The at least one second random access preamble of the random access preambles is transmitted by the wireless device.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives an indication for activation of packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) packet duplication of a radio bearer associated with a first radio link control (RLC) entity and a second RLC entity. A packet of the radio bearer is duplicated. The packet to the first RLC entity is provided. A duplicate packet to the second RLC is provided. The packet of the first RLC entity is transmitted. An acknowledgement of a successful delivery for the packet of the first RLC entity is received. In response to the acknowledgement, the duplicate packet of the second RLC entity is discarded.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives RRC message(s) comprising: parameter(s) indicating whether a configured periodic grant of a first type can be used for transmission of data of a first logical channel; a timing offset and a symbol number identifying a resource of an uplink grant of the configured periodic grant of the type; and a first periodicity of the configured periodic grant. The first periodicity indicates a time interval between two subsequent resources of the configured periodic grant. The configured periodic grant is activated in response to receiving the RRC message(s). The data of the logical channel is multiplexed onto transport block(s) for transmission via the resource in response to the parameter(s) indicating that the configured periodic grant can be used by the logical channel. The transport block(s) are transmitted via the resource of the configured periodic grant.
