Abstract: A display driving circuit is provided. The circuit drives a display panel that includes data lines, sensing lines, and sub-pixels connected to the data lines and the sensing lines. The display driving circuit includes a data driver integrated circuit that drives the data lines. The data driver integrated circuit includes a driving block and a sensing block. The driving block includes plural digital-analog converters (DACs) each performing digital-analog conversion with respect to received sub-pixel data to generate output voltages and provide the output voltages of the DACs to the data lines. The sensing block measures grayscale voltages output from the DACs in a first operation mode and measures pixel voltages of the sub-pixels received from the sensing lines in a second operation mode.

Abstract: Provided are a data driver and a display driving circuit including the data driver. A data driver configured to drive a display panel including a plurality of subpixels connected to a plurality of sensing lines includes: a plurality of sample-and-hold circuits configured to perform a sampling operation on a plurality of sensing signals received via the plurality of sensing lines; a switching block configured to provide a first sensing signal among the plurality of sensing signals to a first sample-and-hold circuit in a first sensing period, and in a second sensing period, provide the first sensing signal to a second sample-and-hold circuit not being adjacent to the first sample-and-hold circuit in a second sensing period; and a converting circuit configured to generate a plurality of sensing values by amplifying and analog-to-digital converting on outputs of the plurality of sample-and-hold circuits.

Abstract: A sensing circuit includes initialization switches, shield switches, signal selection switches and a signal current integrator. The initialization switches apply an initialization voltage to sensing channels based on an initialization control signal. The shield switches apply a shield voltage different from the initialization voltage to the sensing channels based on shield control signals. The signal selection switches sequentially output sensing currents received from the sensing channels based on sensing control signals. The signal current integrator sequentially converts the sensing currents into sensing voltages. When a target sensing current is to be detected from a target sensing channel from the sensing channels, the shield voltage is applied to at least one shield sensing channel adjacent to the target sensing channel from the sensing channels.

The bandgap reference circuit generates a CTAT current having a different temperature characteristic from the PTAT voltage based on the CTAT voltage and determines the compensation voltage based on the CTAT current.
