Abstract:
A display module configured to improve transmission and reception performance of an electronic device includes: a first panel; a second panel disposed to be opposite to the first panel; and an antenna layer disposed between the first panel and the second panel, and comprising a resin layer formed by an imprinting method, wherein the resin layer includes: an engraved pattern formed in one surface; and an ink layer formed with a conductive material filled in the engraved pattern.
Abstract:
A substrate structure include a lower substrate doped with n-type impurities having a first impurity concentration, an epitaxial layer on the lower substrate, and a metallic-contaminant collection area spaced apart from the epitaxial layer in the lower substrate, the metallic-contaminant collection area doped with impurities having a second impurity concentration higher than the first impurity concentration, the metallic-contaminant collection area having lattice defects, and an upper surface of the metallic-contaminant collection area being spaced apart from a top surface of the lower substrate at a distance in a range of about 0.1 μm to about 3 μm.
Abstract:
An apparatus implements methods for random access in a wireless communication system using beamforming. A Subscriber Station (SS) measures a best downlink transmission beam among downlink transmission beams transmitted from a Base Station (BS), and transmits Random Access Channel (RACH) information, which includes indication information indicating the best downlink transmission beam, to the BS. The BS receives RACH information which includes indication information indicating a best downlink transmission beam among downlink transmission beams, and detects an RACH sequence and the best downlink transmission beam from the received RACH information.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system such as a long term evolution (LTE). A method for uploading data by a station (STA) in a mobile communication system supporting a plurality of radio access interfaces (RAIs) is provided. The method includes, upon detecting that there is content to be uploaded, determining whether a first RAI among the plurality of RAIs is available, and when the first RAI is available, transmitting a header message including information related to the content and a body message including at least one of a plurality of segments which are generated based on the content to a proxy server through the first RAI to upload the at least one of the plurality of segments to an original server.
Abstract:
Apparatuses and methods for collecting medium data items are provided. The apparatuses include a portable terminal which collects medium data items determined to be related to a particular event under a search condition according to an occurrence time of the particular event and classifies the collected medium data items records for the particular event.
