Abstract: In accordance with an aspect of the disclosure, an electronic device comprises a first audio receiving circuit; a communication circuit; at least one processor operatively connected to the first audio receiving circuit and the communication circuit; and a memory operatively connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores one or more instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to: obtain first audio data, wherein the first audio data is based on a user utterance recorded by an external electronic device, through the communication circuit; convert the first audio data into second audio data, using a first transfer function of the first audio receiving circuit; and generate a wakeup model using the second audio data, the wakeup model configured to verify a wakeup word associated with the first audio data.

Abstract: Provided are an electronic device for selectively storing blood pressure information and updating calibration data on the basis of the stored blood pressure information, and a control method. The electronic device according to various embodiments of the disclosure comprises, a touch screen display, a motion sensor, a PPG sensor, a wireless communication circuit, a processor operably connected with the display, the motion sensor, the PPG sensor, and the wireless communication circuit, and a memory operably connected with the processor, wherein the memory can include instructions configured to, when executed, enable the processor to, display a user interface on the display, allow the user interface to provide guidelines for measuring the blood pressure, receive first data from the motion sensor, receive second data from the PPG sensor, receive third data from the PPG sensor, determine the validity of the third data at least partially on basis of the first data and the second data, and display an indication on the user interface at least partially basis of the determined validity.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a housing comprising an inner space; a sensor structure positioned in the housing and exposed through a part of the housing, the sensor structure comprising a substantially transparent plate comprising a first surface facing away from the inner space and a second surface facing away from the first surface; a support structure positioned in the inner space so as to face the transparent plate; at least one light-emitting element mounted on the support structure while being spaced apart from the second surface and inserted between the second surface and the support structure; a spatial light modulator (SLM) disposed between the transparent plate and the LED while being spaced apart from the light-emitting element; a light-receiving element mounted on the support structure and positioned between the second surface and the support structure while being adjacent to a side surface of the light-emitting element; and a processing circuit comprising at least one electrical path electrically connected to the SLM, the processing circuit being operatively connected to the light-receiving element and configured to generate photoplethysmogram (PPG) data by using the light-emitting element. Other embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device and method of controlling the electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a sensor module, a display, a processor operatively connected to the sensor module and the display, and a memory storing instructions which, when executed, configure the processor to obtain first data related to a first position of a user measuring blood pressure (BP) through the electronic device, identify a second position of the user measuring the BP, based on second data acquired through the sensor module, identify whether a difference between the first data and the second data, including at least one of a height of the electronic device or a distance between the electronic device and the user, is included in a preset range, and when the difference is not included in the range, display a user interface, including guide information for adjusting the second position to become equal to the first position, through the display.
