Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display; a data processor configured to process content data to be displayed as a content image on the display; a user input interface configured to receive biometric information about a user; a communication interface configured to communicate with an external apparatus; and a controller configured to identify the user based on the biometric information received through the user input interface, and control, if it is determined that the identified user is also a user of an external apparatus, the content data to be displayed as the content image on one of the display apparatus and the external apparatus in which a user interest is relatively high.

Abstract: An image processing apparatus is provided, including a user input interface to input biometric information of at least one user, a processor to process image data to be displayed as an image and to provide a preset service to authenticate a personal identification (ID) and the group ID of a user group including users corresponding to personal IDs, and a controller to specify a personal ID corresponding to biometric information of an input through the user input interface, and to select and authenticate the group ID corresponding to specified personal IDs from the storage when multiple personal IDs are specified. The controller derives interest of the multiple users corresponding to the respective specified personal IDs in the image and selects the group ID corresponding to a personal ID of a user determined to have a high interest.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a display configured to display a content, an input unit configured to obtain a photographed image of a user, a storage configured to store feature information of each pre-classified age stage and a processor configured to compare a feature part in the photographed image with the feature information of each age stage stored in the storage, and calculate an age matching probability the feature part with each age stage. The processor selects a plurality of age stages among all age stages by comparing the age matching probability with a preset threshold value, controls the display to display a combined content which includes a plurality of recommended contents corresponding to each of the selected plurality of age stages.
