A vibration damper and a washing machine including the same are disclosed. The vibration damper includes a tappet, a supporting rod slidably coupled to the tappet, a friction unit disposed inside the tappet and configured to rub the supporting rod, and a cap coupled to one end of the tappet and including a plurality of supporting blocks. The plurality of supporting blocks support an outer circumference of the supporting rod with non-uniform bearing power.

A signal processing apparatus which processes a voice packet is provided. The signal processing apparatus includes: a network jitter measurer which estimates network jitter using a weighting of a network jitter variance according to a network state, a compression and output unit which compresses or outputs a voice frame based on the estimated network jitter, and a loss concealer which divides a voice packet loss into short-term loss concealment and long-term loss concealment, and performs loss concealment in a different way depending on whether the voice packet loss is the short-term loss concealment or the long-term loss concealment.

The washing machine includes: a body; a washing tub configured to be rotatably provided in the body, accommodate a laundry therein, and have a cylindrical shape; a plurality of recessed portions configured to be formed in an inner circumferential surface of the washing tub and be arranged in the plural in a circumferential direction of the washing tub to form a pattern; and first dehydrating holes configured to be formed in the respective recessed portions, wherein the respective recessed portions are formed in a length direction of the washing tub.
