An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes at least one sensor, a communication circuitry, and at least one processor operatively connected with the at least one sensor and the communication circuitry, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to, if exercise information related to an exercise to be performed is received from a server through the communication circuitry, identify a movement for each part of a body to be performed based on the exercise information, transmit an activation command to at least one of a plurality of connected wearable devices through the communication circuitry based on the identified movement, transmit, to the server, at least one of a sensing value detected through the at least one sensor or a sensing value received from the at least one wearable device, and provide feedback received from the server.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, at least one sensor, a communication circuit, one or more processors, and memory. The memory store one or more computer programs including computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to obtain first exercise data on the basis of a value measured by means of the at least one sensor, in a first operation mode, generate and store first exercise summary data on the basis of the first exercise data, communication-connect to a first external electronic device by means of the communication circuit, if a predefined data type is received from the first external electronic device, switch to a second operation mode, receive a data transmission command from the first external electronic device by means of the communication circuit, when the data transmission command is received, obtain second exercise data corresponding to content displayed on a second external electronic device, on the basis of a value measured by means of the at least one sensor, transmit second exercise data to the first external electronic device in real time for a predetermined time by means of the communication circuit, and receive and store second exercise summary data generated on the basis of the second exercise data, from the second external electronic device.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a communication module comprising communication circuitry configured to communicate with at least one external electronic device; a memory for storing at least one app; and a processor operatively connected to the communication module and the memory. The processor may be configured to: activate a workout management app (e.g., home gym app) stored in the memory; in response to the execution of the at least one app, identify whether a workout-related content has been executed on the basis of the activated workout management app; display an object for execution of a training program through the workout management app based on the workout-related content being executed; in response to a user input on the object, make an automatic connection with the at least one external electronic device through the communication module; configure, on the basis of at least one piece of workout-related information acquired from the at least one external electronic device, a training program screen into which the workout-related content and the workout-related information are integrated; and display the training program screen through the at least one external electronic device.
