A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel comprising a plurality of pixels including a plurality of sub-pixels, and arranges and displays a multi-view image in an arrangement pattern. The display panel includes a polarizing film disposed on a back surface of the display panel and which transmits, to the display panel, light having a first polarization direction to an area corresponding to a first part of each of the sub-pixels, and light having a second polarization direction to an area corresponding to a second part of the sub-pixels. a polarizing panel disposed on a back surface of the polarizing film and configured to adjusts the first and second polarization directions of the light transmitted by the polarizing film, and a controller configured to control a driving state of the polarizing panel to sequentially provide the first and second polarization directions for one image frame section.

A hologram reproducing apparatus is provided that includes a display configured to emit a write beam corresponding to a hologram pattern, a spatial light modulator (SLM) configured to write the hologram pattern according to the write beam and modulate the reproduction beam into a plurality of diffraction beams corresponding to the hologram pattern if a reproduction beam is incident, a light guide plate disposed in a front surface of the SLM, and configured to guide the reproduction beam toward the SLM, a filter configured to filter the plurality of diffraction beams, a lens configured to focus the plurality of diffraction beams filtered through the filter, and a plurality of optical fibers arranged in order to dispose at least one optical fiber to correspond to each of a plurality of pixels included in the display, and configured to transmit the write beam to the SLM.

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel; a backlight configured to irradiate visible ray to the display panel in a 2D mode, and configured to irradiate ultraviolet ray to the display panel in a 3D mode; and a 3D film disposed between the display panel and backlight, wherein the 3D film comprises: a pattern formed by a plurality of lines distanced from one another by a predetermined distance; and a coating layer that is formed on one side of the plurality of lines pattern and transmits or reflects light patterned by the plurality of lines pattern, per line. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent deterioration of resolution of a screen image, provide a simple structure and enable a change to and from a 2D mode and a 3D mode.
