In an aspect, a method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system includes: receiving first information from a base station of a serving cell of a first type, the first information includes location-related information of the serving cell and information of a neighbouring cell of a second type; and measuring the neighbouring cell of the second type based on a UE location and the location-related information of the serving cell.
