The present invention relates to a flexible printed circuit board assembly. A flexible printed circuit board assembly of the present invention comprises a flexible printed circuit board having a plurality of circuit patterns; a connector mounted at a location spaced apart by a certain distance from an end of the flexible printed circuit board and electrically connected to the, circuit patterns; and a stiffener attached to a region on a bottom surface of the flexible printed circuit board below the connector and having a size corresponding to that of the connector. A connector inside portion and a connector outside portion of the flexible printed circuit board located inside and outside with respect to the connector can be bent. The connector outside portion is bent and bonded to a bottom surface of the stiffener, and the connector inside portion is bent and bonded to a bottom surface of the connector outside portion.

The present invention relates to a hinge frame for a portable computer and a structure for mounting the same. The hinge frame of the present invention comprises a frame body through which a plurality of fastening holes are perforated, a hinge fastening portion which is formed at a portion of the hinge body and to which a hinge unit is fastened, and a plurality of covering portions which are formed along an edge of the frame body and cause parts mounted on a board to be seated therein. The present invention provides the advantages of the hinge unit being more firmly fixed to the main body, improved installation strength of connectors and the like mounted on the main board, and relatively reinforcement of the main board.

In a peripheral device mounting holder, a portable computer including the holder and methods for using the same, by fixing a holder mounting a storing device and a connector contacted to the storing device to a main board as one body, the holder and the connector can be aligned. In addition, by aligning an extended card with the holder, an assembly process can be facilitated, and a space usability of the main board can be improved. The holder can have a first side for engageably aligning the peripheral device and a second side opposite the first side for aligning an extended device.
