摘要: A custom color toner production system includes a toner delivery system, a cartridge sealing system, a mixing system, and a packaging system. The toner delivery system includes selectively engageable fluid delivery lines for delivering toner of particular color to a cartridge as need for producing a custom color toner in response to an electronically submitted user request. Cartridge containing the unmixed delivered toner may be sealed by a sealing system, and blended using a resonant mixer to produce a custom color toner. The cartridge containing the mixed custom color toner may be packaged using a packaging system.

The load mechanism has a plurality of selectable weights with each of the selectable weights having an associated indicator device. A press is mechanically coupled to the load mechanism to displace a load based on a selected weight and a sensor is disposed to measure an extent and speed of displacement of the load. A processor is in communication with the sensor, and the processor is configured to determine an indicator signal to send to the indicator device of one of the plurality of selectable weights of the load mechanism based on received performance data, the indicator signal used to indicate which one of the plural of weights to select.

摘要: A method and apparatus for a self-contained heating vessel having enhanced efficiency and safety features. In one embodiment, the vessel includes a chamber for containing fuel; a burner assembly for burning the fuel; a fuel delivery mechanism that delivers the fuel from the chamber to the burner assembly; and a container disposed adjacent to the heat exchanger assembly, the container including an opening to an interior portion of the container. In other aspects, the vessel includes an ignition assembly operatively connected to said burner assembly and a heat exchanger assembly disposed adjacent to the burner assembly. In further aspects, the vessel includes a displacement sensor to prevent operation when displaced from an intended operating position and a pressure regulator that controls delivery of fuel to the burner assembly to maintain a substantially constant heating profile over a varying temperature range.

摘要: A measuring apparatus and method for measuring power in a bicycle are described. The hub of the driven wheel of the bicycle includes one or more components such as an inner hub member, an outer hub member or a linking member which couple the rotational torque through the wheel to rotate the wheel. A sensor such as one or more strain gauges is mounted on one of the components that couple torque through the wheel such that strain in the torque coupling component is detected. The detected strain is used to determine applied torque which is used to determine power applied to the driven wheel of the bicycle. Because the torque coupling component is mounted in the hub in the path along which torque is coupled through the wheel, the sensor rotates with the wheel as it detects the applied torque.

摘要: An apparatus and method is disclosed for enabling an operator to exercise comprising a frame with a load positioned on the frame to provide a resistive force. A press is positioned on the frame for displacement by the operator. A linkage joins the load with the press for displacing the load upon displacement of the press by the operator. A display is provided for inputting and outputting data. A sensor is positioned on the frame for measuring a displacement and a speed of the linkage. A memory storage is provided for storing data. A processor communicates with the display and the sensor and the memory storage for processing data. The processor transfers data to the display for providing an exercising instruction to the operator. The processor receives data from the sensor for processing the performance of the exercising instruction by the operator. The processor transfers data to the memory storage for saving the performance of the exercising instruction by the operator.
