摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for displaying images in a user's online page, such as to provide an engaging and interesting user experience. A subset of one or more images is identified from a set that comprises user accessible images. Images for the subset are identified selecting one or more images from the set of user accessible images that meet a desired user interest threshold. The subset of selected images is then loaded onto the user's online page, such as an online service landing page, in an arrangement (e.g., slide show) of the images.

摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for dynamically generating a customized binary on the fly, without a build process. One or more customizing resources are identified for a requested binary, such as from customizing parameter identified from a decoded binary request that was sent from a client computer at runtime. Using an injection map, a location for one or more customizing resources used to customized the requested binary are identified on a resource server, which can be provided by the binary provider. The customized binary is generated by injecting the one or more customizing resources retrieved from the resource server into a decoded base binary.

摘要: An interior rearview mirror assembly includes a display screen that is extendable and retractable relative to a casing. The display screen is movably mounted at the casing and movable or slidable in a direction generally parallel to a length axis of the reflective element between a non-use position, where the video display screen is positioned substantially within the casing, and a use position, where the video display screen is substantially extended from a side of the casing for viewing. The display screen may be automatically extended in response to an activating event.

摘要: A wireless radio frequency switch controller may be capable of being retrofit on to any existing parent system such as a thermostat, security system, garage door, and the like. The switch controller may have an external housing, a contact penetrating clip, a processor capable of being connected to a network, and a computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs for execution by the processor. The bottom of the contact penetrating clip preferably has at least one cutting surface. The cutting surface being capable of cutting an insulative covering for an electrical wire, once the contact penetrating clip is secured to the switch controller. The switch controller requires no batteries and harvests/stores energy from the parent system's existing wiring. The switch controller may be capable of being paired with a wireless receiver/transceiver by which the operation of the switch controller and subsequently the parent system may be manipulated.

摘要: An apparatus for tracking, security, badging, and reporting is disclosed, as is a method of use. The apparatus may take the form of a keycard, fob, badge, or other encapsulated electronic device. The incorporation of an electronic compass, accelerometer, and wireless transceiver allows for the more dynamic uses of the apparatus when compared to existing radio frequency identification (RFID) cards. The power is supplied by a thin film micro energy cell (MEC) battery. Additionally, the apparatus has energy harvesting capabilities to recharge the battery. The apparatus interacts with various communication points, including but not limited to, computer terminals, mobile devices, security points, and entryways. This is achieved using a protocol such as Bluetooth Low Energy. The apparatus interacts and communicates with a host system employed on the premises.

摘要: The apparatus disclosed is a wireless vibration sensor monitor and recorder along with the associated system and method of use. The apparatus contains a digital accelerometer that operates off six axes. The apparatus may also include features such as a temperature sensor and ambient light sensor. The system actively monitors time and battery voltage level, as well as records information pertinent to the health of the apparatus. Once affixed to an appliance or piece of machinery, the apparatus monitors the duration of the cycle and the vibrations produced to compile a cycle profile. Once the apparatus has determined the cycle or predetermined period to be complete, a notification is sent to a remote user. This signal may be received by any compatible Bluetooth low energy device.

摘要: A bridge for linking a first and a second wireless communication device and translating between differing wireless protocols is described and taught. The bridge system comprises at least one wireless device and a bridge apparatus. The bridge apparatus takes the form of a universal serial bus that contains components that allows it to function without a host system. Additionally, the bridge apparatus enables the translation between different wireless protocols. This, in turn, enables older or outdated wireless technology to function seamlessly with the most current wireless protocols.

摘要: A wireless radio frequency switch controller that requires no batteries is disclosed, as is a method for interacting between the wireless radio frequency switch controller and a Bluetooth device. The wireless radio frequency switch controller taps into the existing garage door control wiring and uses capacitors to retain power (voltage and current), which is a form of energy harvesting. The Bluetooth device interaction causes a digital controlled switch such as a transistor, solid state switch, or electrochemical relay, which operates the desired garage door motor thereby opening and closing the garage door. Additionally, the wireless radio frequency switch controller may operate in conjunction with different parent systems such as thermostats, doorbells, security systems, or the like.
