摘要： The present invention provides a system composed of a monitor unit including a display and being driven by a battery and a base unit for transmitting image information to the monitor unit, which system is capable of charging the battery for driving the monitor unit without the need of provision of any special charging unit. The monitor unit has a configuration that a battery is mounted on a back surface portion and a stand is contained in the back surface portion, and also a groove portion is formed in a bottom surface and a charge terminal is provided in the groove portion. The base unit has a configuration that a holding rail is formed in a lower portion of a front surface portion and a charge terminal is provided on the holding rail. In the case of charging the battery, the monitor unit is stood against the front surface portion of the base unit in such a manner that the stand is contained in the stand containing groove portion and the holding rail of the base unit is inserted in the groove portion of the bottom surface of the monitor unit. A rib for pressing the battery onto the battery mounting portion located on one end side of the battery containing groove portion is formed on the back surface of the battery cover.

摘要： An antenna for receiving electromagnetic waves in a desired frequency band, includes a radiating conductor and a ground conductor, a feeder part, a wavelength-shortening section, and a magnetic field applying section. The radiating conductor and a ground conductor resonate at a resonance point frequency. The feeder part is configured to feed the radiating conductor with electricity. The wavelength-shortening section in which a magnetic body having both a dielectric property and a magnetic property is disposed close to the radiating conductor shifts the resonance point frequency into a band lower than the desired frequency band by a wavelength-shortening effect obtained based on the dielectric property and the magnetic property. The magnetic field applying section is configured to apply a magnetic field to the magnetic body so as to reduce a magnetic loss due to the magnetic body.

摘要： A diversity antenna apparatus and method adaptable for use with communication equipment is provided which can assure an acceptable transmission and/or reception condition in three principal dimensional (X,Y,Z) directions. The diversity antenna apparatus may comprise a plurality of antennae for transmitting and/or receiving a circularly polarized wave and an antenna selection circuit which selects one of the antennae for transmission and/or reception based on information representative of reception levels of the antennae. A first group of the antennae may provide a first substantially semispherical radiation pattern and a second group of the antennae may provide a second substantially semispherical radiation pattern such that the first and second groups of antennae as a whole provide a substantially spherical radiation pattern.
