    摘要: In the method of the present invention, a polyester is produced by a step of emulsifying or dispersing a polyvalent acid component having a hydrophobic parameter (Log(P)) of −0.5 or more and 20 or less, a polyhydric alcohol component having a hydrophobic parameter (Log(P)) of −0.5 or more and 20 or less, and a hydrophobic material having a hydrophobic parameter (Log(P)) of −0.5 or more and 20 or less in an aqueous medium and then polycondensing the polyvalent acid component with the polyhydric alcohol component in the presence of the hydrophobic material. The polyester resin microparticles are then applied to an emulsion polymerization coagulation method to produce a toner.
