摘要： In the electro-optical device, a pillar-shaped protrusion is formed on an insulating film (a first insulating film) provided below a pixel electrode in the downward direction, and thus a conduction section of a second electrode layer (a conductive layer) overlaps the highest surface of the pillar-shaped protrusion. An inter-layer insulating film (a second insulating film) is provided between the second electrode layer and the pixel electrode, but the conduction section is exposed on a surface of the inter-layer insulating film. For this reason, the pixel electrode is electrically connected to the conduction section, when the pixel electrode is laminated on the inter-layer insulating film.
