    摘要: A magnetic recording medium exhibiting satisfactory electromagnetic conversion characteristic and movement characteristics and incorporating a non-magnetic support member made of aromatic polyamide film. The magnetic recording medium incorporating a non-magnetic support member having a principal plane on which a magnetic layer constituted by at least a thin metal film is formed, wherein said non-magnetic support member has said principal plane on which at least said thin metal film is formed and on which small projections, the height of each of which is 10 nm to 40 nm from the central surface, are formed at a density of 1,000,000 pieces/mm2 to 20,000,000 pieces/mm2, and a bearing curve of the principal plane of said non-magnetic support member on which said small projection have been formed is such that the gradient of a straight line is −0.3 or smaller when a range of 10 nm in the upper portion is linearly approximated with a straight line by a least square approximation and the intercept is 10 nm to 40 nm.

    摘要: The present invention provides a metal thin film type magnetic recording medium including a non-magnetic substrate made from a polyamide film whose surface configuration is controlled so as to obtain an optimal fine configuration of a magnetic layer surface, enabling to simultaneously obtain a preferable electro-magnetic conversion characteristic and preferable running characteristic. The non-magnetic substrate is made from an aromatic polyamide film formed in such a manner that fine protrusions having an average height of 5 to 50 nm are formed in a range of 103 to 105 thousand pieces/mm2 on a surface where a ferromagnetic metal thin film is to be formed.

    摘要: An anti-glare film has a plurality of diffuser elements, and has specified optical properties. The ratio of I(α+1)/I(α) is more than 0.1 to 0.6, where I(α) is an intensity of a light reflected toward an arbitrary angle α of 10° or less from a specular reflection direction of an incident light upon the surface at an angle of 5° to 30° from the surface normal, and I(α+1) is an intensity of a reflected light deviated from the arbitrary angle α by 1° in a wide-angle direction. The gain of a light reflected in the direction at 20° or more from the specular reflection direction of the incident light is 0.02 or less, in which the gain is obtained by normalizing a reflected light intensity using a specular reflection intensity of a standard diffuse plate as 1. The diffuser elements have an average space therebetween of 50 to 300 micrometers.

    摘要: In a laser marking apparatus, a rotatable index table is provided in an index unit. The index table is provided with first and second support sections for supporting lead frames. Positions of the first and second sections are alternately switched between a stand-by position and a processing position by the rotation of the index table. Laser marking is subjected to IC package surfaces of the lead frame supported at the support potions located at the processing position. The lead frames after the laser marking process are transported from the stand-by position to a discharging section by a transporting device. The lead frames before the laser marking process are transported from a supplying section to the stand-by position by the transporting device.

    摘要: An antiglare film includes a base member and an optical layer provided on the base member, and the optical layer has an irregular shape on a surface thereof. The irregular shape is obtained by applying a coating material containing fine particles and a resin onto the base member, distributing the fine particles densely in some portions and sparsely in other portions by convection that occurs in the coating material, and curing the coating material. The resin contains 3% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less of a polymer, the average particle diameter of the fine particles is 2 μm or more and 8 μm or less, and the average film thickness of the optical layer is 8 μm or more and 18 μm or less.

The anti-glare layer has micro concave/convex shapes on the surface. The micro concave/convex shapes of the anti-glare layer are formed by coating the substrate with a coating material containing the fine particles and aggregating the fine particles by a convection of the coating material. A thickness of the anti-glare layer is equal to or larger than a mean diameter of the fine particles and is equal to or less than three times as large as the mean diameter of the fine particles. The fine particles are constructed substantially by fine particles having particle sizes less than twice as large as the thickness of the anti-glare layer.
